These terms describe the conditions for downloading and using Vibe in Color.
Using the app
Vibe in Color is provided free of charge. You may use the software and theme library under the terms of the included MIT License.
You are responsible for using the app in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of any software into which you import a theme.
Compatibility
Vibe in Color exports themes in the codex-theme-v1 format used by the tested ChatGPT macOS importer. ChatGPT and its importer may change. Compatibility statements describe the app version tested for a particular Vibe in Color release and do not promise permanent compatibility with future third-party versions.
Availability and updates
The app, themes, download service, and support channels may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Published release assets may remain available for historical downloads.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The full warranty and liability terms are stated in the included license.
Names and affiliation
ChatGPT, Codex, OpenAI, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Vibe in Color uses those names to describe compatibility. Vibe in Color is an unofficial app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.
